Planet Zoo 2 Masai Giraffe: Enclosure Type, Edition & Habitat Notes

Both are on the base-game roster. Frontier's entry lists the Masai giraffe as Endangered, with about 35,000 in the wild. Look at the coat: the Masai has jagged, leaf-shaped patches, while the reticulated giraffe has neat polygons edged with pale lines.

Giraffa tippelskirchi. Frontier's entry describes loose groups that individuals join and leave freely, a long grasping tongue for thorny leaves, and males that duel by swinging their necks. Newborn calves walk within an hour and are kept hidden in cover for their first weeks.

Planet Zoo 2 lists two giraffes, Masai and reticulated, so decide which fits your theme. The Masai giraffe's jagged, leaf-shaped patches are the easiest way to tell it apart. Tall animals change sightlines, so plan viewing platforms and shelter height in your sketch.
