Identify the species
Sphyrna mokarran is the great hammerhead, not a generic name for every hammerhead shark. Its head has a relatively straight front edge and central notch, with a tall curved first dorsal fin. Frontier describes warm marine waters and a largely solitary lifestyle.

Planning notes for this animal
Use the broad head shape as the focus of viewing-angle sketches for a shark display. Reserve flexibility in the tank footprint: real-world body length does not convert into the game’s required water area or depth.

Habitat requirements and compatibility
Neither marine habitat nor a shared aquarium classification establishes safe tank mates. Check traversable water, group rules and specific pairing evidence rather than putting every reef species into one tank.
We have not verified space, temperature, group limits or compatible species for Great Hammerhead in a released game build. The calculator and compatibility checker remain demos; missing values are not zero and missing pairing evidence is not approval.
