Why October 12 and October 13 can both be correct
Roblox’s API timestamp uses UTC. Beijing is eight hours ahead, so 16:00 on October 12 is midnight on October 13 there. That is one event expressed in two time zones, not two patches. This page’s October 13 review date records when we checked the source.
Likewise, the experience creation timestamp is not the date this guide was published. We keep game events, our observations and article dates separate. A search snippet can show an older crawl even when the public API has a newer record.
